RELAXOLOGY, we stand behind the quality of our wellness and relaxation products. All products purchased from our store are covered by a 3-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
What's Covered:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Functional issues that occur under normal use
- Product malfunctions not caused by misuse or accidents
What's NOT Covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized parties
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
How to Claim Your Warranty:

with your order number and photos of the defect - Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days
- If approved, we will provide a replacement or repair at no cost to you

- Please keep your receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase
- Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser
- Return shipping costs for warranty claims may apply
