RELAXOLOGY, we stand behind the quality of our wellness and relaxation products. All products purchased from our store are covered by a 3-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

What's Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Functional issues that occur under normal use
  • Product malfunctions not caused by misuse or accidents

What's NOT Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
  • Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized parties
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers

How to Claim Your Warranty:

  1. Contact us at relaxology.ph@gmail.com
     with your order number and photos of the defect
  2. Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days
  3. If approved, we will provide a replacement or repair at no cost to you

Important Notes:

  • Please keep your receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase
  • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser
  • Return shipping costs for warranty claims may apply
